Project Description:

As the municipal engineers for the Town of Shelburne, SBA has completed various infrastructure assessments for townships and has developed numerous asset management plans. For the last six years, SBA has managed and administered the Town’s Road Maintenance Program, implementing the recommended repairs and rehabilitation recommended as part of the most recent Road Needs Study. To do this, SBA works with Township staff to reconcile priorities and budgets, in the context of identified road needs, which are revisited on an annual basis. SBA then tenders and contract administers the roadwork on behalf of the Town. We work with public works to prioritize maintenance and repairs in line with the annual budget.
